As I was a class representative for history at university, I was constantly faced with having to find new ways to deliver information and ensure that everyone understands and completes tasks. I have had unexpected challenges which I had to solve on the spot as I dealt with different people from diverse backgrounds who have various skills and deficiencies. My experience as a class representative has refined my communication skills with my peers, those younger/below me and with management.

while I was still in high school.
